Online Prep Course Enrollment

  • Enrollment and Registration:
    • By enrolling in the online class, you agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
    • Enrollment is subject to availability, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel enrollment at our discretion.
  • Payment and Fees:
    • Tuition fees must be paid in full at the time of enrollment.
    • Fees are non-refundable, except as expressly stated in the refund policy.
  • Access and Participation:
    • Upon successful enrollment, you will be granted access to the online class materials for the specified duration.
    • Your participation in discussions, assignments, and assessments is essential for a comprehensive learning experience.
  • Intellectual Property:
    • All course materials, including but not limited to videos, documents, and assessments, are the intellectual property of the course provider and may not be reproduced or distributed without explicit permission.
  • Code of Conduct:
    • Respectful and professional behavior is expected in all interactions within the online class community.
    • Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior may result in immediate expulsion from the course without a refund.
  • Privacy and Data Security:
    • Your personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
    • Do not record class for any reason. It is your choice to turn on your webcam for class.
  • Technical Requirements:
    • It is your responsibility to ensure that your computer and internet connection meet the minimum technical requirements for the online class.
    • Technical issues on your end are not grounds for refunds.
  • Refund Policy:
    • Refunds will only be considered for requests submitted to Karin@CHemHelpASAP.com 
    • Before class begins, refunds will only be given before April 3rd (ten days before class begins).
    • The request must include the participant’s name, course details, and a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund.
    • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 10 days of receiving the written request.
  • Refunds may be considered for the following reasons:
    • Course cancellation by the provider.
    • Severe illness or extenuating circumstances, supported by relevant documentation.
  • No refunds will be provided after April 3rd or if a student fails to attend.
  • Refunds will not be granted for dissatisfaction with course content, instructors, or personal scheduling conflicts.
  • It is the student’s responsibility to attend class. No refunds or reschedules will be granted if a student misses class for any reason. Students may contact the instructor for a summary of the class missed.
  • Course Modifications:
    • The course provider reserves the right to make changes to the course schedule, content, or instructors if necessary. Students will be notified of any significant changes.
  • Termination of Enrollment:
    • The course provider reserves the right to terminate your enrollment for violations of these terms and conditions or for any other reason deemed necessary.

By enrolling in the online class, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in the termination of your enrollment without a refund. These terms and conditions are subject to change, and any updates will be communicated to enrolled students.
