Private Tutoring Terms and Conditions

Enrollment and Scheduling
By registering for private tutoring, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Tutoring sessions are scheduled based on availability and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion.

Payment and Session Packages
All tutoring sessions must be paid in advance. Students may purchase individual sessions or a package of multiple hours. Purchased hours are reserved for your use and are non-transferable.

No Refund Policy
All tutoring purchases are final. No refunds will be issued for unused hours, regardless of the reason, including scheduling conflicts, change of plans, or lack of usage. By purchasing tutoring hours, you are reserving time in a limited schedule.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a tutoring session.

• If proper notice is given, the session may be rescheduled without penalty.
• If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, or if the student does not attend a scheduled session, the session will be forfeited and charged in full.

This policy is strictly enforced due to high demand and limited availability.

Late Arrivals
If a student arrives late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. The full session fee will be charged.

Access and Participation
Students are expected to actively participate in tutoring sessions and come prepared with relevant materials and questions.

Intellectual Property
All materials provided during tutoring sessions are the intellectual property of the tutor and may not be recorded, reproduced, or distributed without explicit permission.

Code of Conduct
Respectful and professional behavior is expected at all times. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of tutoring services without a refund.

Technical Requirements
Students are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and appropriate technology for online sessions. Technical issues on the student’s end do not qualify for refunds or rescheduling exceptions.

Privacy
Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Recording of sessions is not permitted.

Scheduling Modifications
We reserve the right to adjust scheduling policies or availability as needed. Any significant changes will be communicated in advance.

Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate tutoring services at our discretion. Any unused hours will not be refunded.

Agreement
By purchasing tutoring sessions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
